•Restaurants and Hotels: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on your menus, pricing, and availability. Eazy Menu provides a platform for you to showcase your services, but we do not take responsibility for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations.
•Customers: You agree to use the app for its intended purpose of browsing, ordering, and paying for food and beverages. Misuse of the app or fraudulent behavior will result in termination of access.
3. Liability
•Eazy Menu: We are not liable for the quality or delivery of goods and services provided by restaurants and hotels. The relationship between customers and service providers remains independent, and disputes should be resolved directly between them.
•Restaurants and Hotels: You acknowledge that the content you upload (menu items, prices, etc.) must comply with applicable laws and not violate any third-party rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of your offerings.
•Customers: Eazy Menu is not responsible for incorrect orders or dissatisfaction with the service provided by restaurants or hotels. By using our platform, you agree that the order process and fulfillment are between you and the service provider.
4. Data Protection and Privacy (POPI Act Compliance)
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act of South Africa. We only collect and process personal information for the purpose of providing our services and improving user experience. This may include:
•Personal Data: Names, contact information, and payment details for completing transactions.

Any disputes between customers and restaurants/hotels should be resolved directly between the parties. Eazy Menu is not liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising from services provided by third-party restaurants or hotels.
